Returns & Warranty

At Pup’s Pet Supply we are always looking for ways to improve customer service and your satisfaction.

• Returns will be honored only if reported within 30 days after receipt.
• A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns or exchanges over 30 days after receipt.
• Returns must be in new condition in original box including all product information and warranty cards. Health Codes will not allow any employee to handle soiled items.
• Any items returned that do not meet these specifications will be returned to you or discarded at no credit.
• Special orders are non-returnable.
• Report to carrier any boxes that are damaged within 72 hours.  UPS: 800-742-5877.
• Missing items should be reported within 72 hours of order receipt.
