Shipping charges on most orders (unless otherwise noted) are based on the value of the order. Please refer to the chart below for your shipping charge. This total includes handling fees, and will automatically be calculated for you at checkout. The shipping chart is for the contiguous U.S.  Shipments only made to the Continental USA. We do not currently ship to Canada or Overseas.

Most orders are processed within 48 hours. If you have a back order situation, you will be notified by email. Customers may be required to sign for packages, but only upon notification from Pup’s Pet Supply.  Pup’s Pet Supply is not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable packages.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard Service (2-7 days), 3-Day Service, 2-Day Service and Next Day Service. All in-transit times are business days (M-F). We use Priority Mail and UPS.

Hazardous Material orders will have an added HazMat charge of $20. All HazMat orders will be shipped by method best suited for your area.

If  “Special Shipping” is required, you will be notified prior to shipping your order. For orders marked "Special Shipping" there will be an additional $1.50 applied to your order.
