I appreciate your nice, prompt, email note, thanking me for placing my first order with Pup's Pet Supply. Recently, my local pet supply company closed, so I began researching online for pet supply companies. I was so excited to find your web-site! Pup's Pet Supply had ALL the products I needed, which no other web-site had (including 800petmeds). Actually, I did find one other site, but Pup's Pet Supply offered better prices, for the same products. I'm very impressed by the email updates and I don't even have my products yet! When I submitted my online order, I received a "thank you for your order page", along with a toll free phone number and an email address, in case I had any questions. After placing my order, PPS immediately sent me an email, confirming my order had been received and was being processed. Since you offered next day delivery, I didn't have to worry about getting the products I needed right away. The following morning, after placing my order, I received a personal greeting from you, along with an attached paid invoice, listing my products. A separate email was also sent, with my shipping information and tracking number. Owners shouldn't be embarrassed discussing these online purchases with their veterinarian. I provide my vet copies of all medical treatments I have ordered and given to my pets, for their files, so he is kept informed of their treatment. My veterinarian completely understands the economy and my need to save money. He even understands when I go to a Spay/Neuter Clinic, instead of him, to save money. Any good, decent vet, should be cooperative, if they truly care about your pets. Plus, vet doctors still make plenty of income from examinations, specialized procedures, oral health care and surgeries. I'm looking forward doing future business with Pup's Pet Supply. I have four cats, four dogs, eight birds and fish. (I had ferrets, but they recently passed away from old age) You never know when I will have a new family member, I'm a sucker for animals in need of being rescued. I couldn't afford to have all the pets I do, if it weren't for companies like Pup's Pet Supply!

Thank you very much for letting me know the status of the order! I'll tell you what; your company has already conquered Fosters & Smith and Omaha in my book, just with your customer service alone! The last time I ordered from Fosters & Smith, they didn't even send the vaccines with gel packs, much less a cooler! I definitely don't mind for paying for that sort of service. Also, thank you for making one-dose vaccines available; I'm definitely going to spread the word about your site! One-dose vaccines are so hard to find. Thanks again, and take care! I didn't open the package, but my husband said that you did a fantastic job with the packing! The vaccines were still cold, and he was very pleasantly surprised. I will add that he's a lab technician at Duke University, so he's very familiar with getting packages with cold packs. You really blew him away and he said that your company has his utmost respect!
